haha. true lah. hudud only applies to muslims. y shud non muslims be afraid of it?
true hudud is only applicable to muslims. but in a criminal case proceeding involving a muslim and non-muslim, syariah law can be used by the muslim as escape route.
vice versa.
a non-muslim can use civil court as escape route if the muslim refused to be tried in civil court.
double standards will cause a lot of problem later. why don't adopt civil law, which is applicable to everyone under malaysian constitution?
